NorthPoint Technology provides IT services, network support, website services, hosting support, SEO, analytics, digital support, and related services.
Regular business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at $40/hour. After-hours and weekend support is $60/hour. Holiday support is $80/hour. Project pricing may vary depending on scope.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and access needed to complete requested services.
Revisions must stay within the agreed project scope. Additional changes may result in additional charges.
Some services may require third-party tools such as hosting, domains, email, analytics, or payment platforms. NorthPoint Technology is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or policy changes.
Services may be paused or suspended if payment is overdue or required information is not provided.
NorthPoint Technology is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party issues, or damages beyond the amount paid for the specific service.
